An unforgettable Welcome to 2011…..one that we won’t forget for a while!

I’m very honored to be serving you as President for my 4th (and final) year. I know our other officers join me in saying how much we appreciate the opportunity to serve this great group.

I hate to have missed our December meeting and the trip to “The Rep” to see “A Christmas Story”. A Grand-daughter’s wedding must come first. I know you must have had a wonderful evening and a great meeting the following day, when you bid farewell to our retirees. We want to thank Randy Lamp, Alan Jennings and the Apprentice team for all they do for us during the year and especially at our December meeting.

The 2011 ATRAC meetings have been scheduled as follows:

March 25, 2011	Friday	10:00 a.m.
July, 22, 2011	Friday	10:00 a.m.
September 23, 2011	Friday	10:00 a.m.
December 16, 2011	Friday	9:00 a.m. (Christmas overnite)

Meetings will all be held at the AAC building in Little Rock.

If you are a new Treasurer or already using the Apprentice software, please make plans to join this users group on the above dates in 2011. Kent Wilson, our programmer, is always in attendance to give us updates, answer questions, etc. This gives us a great setting to talk about any problems/issues that we have or to discuss new ideas for the program.

If you are considering a change to the Apprentice software, we certainly welcome you to join us to see what this system is capable of accomplishing in your office and answer any of your questions.
