ATRAC members met on July 14, 2006 at the AAC building in Little Rock. Sylvia Engles was presented an engraved tray and a big thank-you for serving as our Chair the past two years. Sylvia has served us well.

We have a new format for our meetings and hope you will join us for our next meeting on Friday, September 8 at the AAC building in Little Rock beginning at 10:30. Randy Lamp has been asked to attend.

At our July meeting Jim Pinner from Jim Harris made a presentation on laser printers and Kent announced that the sisters in Chicot County Treasurer's office are a pilot county for our new program. Judy Beth Hutcherson and Alvin Black will make a report at the September meeting re our December ATRAC meeting.

ATRAC Members meet on March 18, 2005 at the AAC Building in Little Rock. Our next meeting will be Friday, July 8, 2005 at the AAC Building at 10:30 AM. We are inviting Randy Lamp, Jason Vogal, Brian & Tammy to our meeting. Of course, Kent will be there. I hope we can have a good turn out for this meeting. Again, I would like to encourage every County Treasurer that is on the AIS System to come to these meetings.

You can now add or update your contact information on the site, thanks to a new feedback form. If you change your e-mail address, fax number or any other information, all you have to do is fill out the form and click "Submit."

Is your contact information incomplete? Have you hired a new deputy, or just not gotten around to sending in the information for a current one? Just fill out the form for each person, and Chris at Apprentice will make the necessary modifications to the database. Click here to view the form.

ATRAC members enjoyed a wonderful meeting on June 18, 2004 at AAC in Little Rock. Randy Lamp and Kent Wilson was present. Our next meeting will be on Friday, September 17, 2004 at 10:30 AM at AAC in Little Rock. We hope everyone will come out for our meeting. Our December meeting will be Friday, December 17th at Rogers. Mr. Lamp is going to host a dinner for us on Thursday night. If you haven't already signed up, please do so. I would like to encourage everyone to come out to our meeting on September 17, 2004. We really learn a lot from Kent Wilson, as he shows us the new features and answers question. Hope to see you the 17th of September.

Latest program features:

Report Copies.
Ability to specify a number of copies for any printed reports.
Print Reports from Screen to Printer.
Ability to send a report that is currently being viewed on the screen to a printer.
Lookup Transfers by Amount. Beginning in 2004.
Similar to current Checks and Receipts by amount.
Expanded Bank Ledger.
May now specify Fund, Receipt, Check, Transfer, GL.
Expanded Transfers Ledger.
May now specify Tax and other options.
New Report - Export File
Shows what info is available to be imported from the Clerk.
Add New Account to Several Specified Funds at once.

Bugfixes:

Revenue reports not showing commission in some cases.

To Do:

Get 2004 program ready for startup.
Install 2004 at all sites.
Rollover 2003 Fund and Bank balances after year closeout.
Carryover 2003 outstanding checks after all 2003 bank statements are reconciled.
Plan Windows programming.
